Following on from Solva’s first Sparkling Solva! in 2019, Solva has once again transformed into a Living Advent Calendar for 2020.
Each night, from 1 to 24 December, at least one decorated window was revealed from 5 to 10pm. The windows then stay alight every evening until Christmas Eve and beyond. Maps are available at Bay View Stores and Window on Wales, as well as to download as PDFs. All the windows will be featured on this Blog and on Facebook. You can also look at last year’s windows.
On Thursday 17 December, from 5-7pm – weather permitting – you can take a Christmassy walk around Solva and spot the Advent windows. Stop off at Parc Y Capel for a mince pie and some mulled wine. Remember to bring a torch and wear warm clothes!
If it’s raining, the event will move to Friday 18, Saturday 19 or Sunday 20 December. Please ring Lena on 07805 717556 to check!
